Having graduated from the Department of Business Administration
at Anadolu University, Kaleli started his career as Sales
Consultant at Milpa, one of the biggest marketing companies
of the time. He actively took part in the sales of various
campaigns including but not limited to mobile phones real
estate, informatics and automotive products. Following his
military service, he started as Call Centre Trainer at Telsim
and then respectively worked as Training and Development Specialist,
Training Projects Manager and Sales Channels Training Manager.
Currently, he is working as Sales Channels and COPS Training
Manager at Vodafone Red Academy. Actively involved in the
change management project during the period of transition
from Telsim to Vodafone, Kaleli is in charge of Vodafone Turkey's
customer touch points with his team. He is specialized in
sales, call centre and personal development trainings, moderating
meetings as well as keynote and facilitation.
