does it go?
GfK Türkiye has been conducting employee satisfaction surveys
since 2003, every year with a growing number. As a company
which conducts great number of projects in the last years,
GfK Türkiye has interviewed 385.000 employees within 382 projects

According to the research data within 2003-2011, the dimensions
affecting employee satisfaction change within time series.
The main factors of these changes are business management
approaches, economic conditions, the learning and competence
level of employees, the viewpoints of people to life and career
and expectations regarding these, and change in communication
and technology. These factors change when analyzed as white
collar/ blue collar or manager/ non-manager.
In this presentation, Employee Engagement Research Consultant

ADİSA Hüseyin Adanalı will discuss this change and the reasons
behind this change. GfK Türkiye and ADİSA Consultancy are
