HR Marketing method. Combined with HR expertise, the projections
of Marketing steer young talent programs and company strategies.
Marketing & HR Alliance is giving birth to a rising employer

you enable high potential students to contribute to your company
processes with their innovative ideas? How would you colour
up university activities towards Generation Y? How would you
draw talents to your company by making your employer brand
attractive? How do human resources applications turn into
a brand both inside and outside the company? What are the
functional and emotional benefits and plausible factors constituting
brand value? How can you use these dimensions in creating
an employer brand? The Economist describes employer brand
as the expression of an employee’s distinctive experience
with a company. 70% of the participants of a research conducted
in the USA and UK mention that having a strong employer brand
not only leads employees to recommend their organization as
an attractive place to work at but also supports their permanence
there. Having carried HR marketing, which is a highly rising
trend all over the globe, into effect, Vodafone will be presenting
its session on how marketing tools and methods can be used
in HR applications and how employer brand can be developed
with a crowded team full of surprises!
