Creating Sustainable Value With Professional Coaching
With the development of information technologies, perspectives
and needs of employees are changing as well as macro concepts
like organizational structures or job definitions. Trainings
with "one size fits all" mindset have difficulty
adopting themselves to such changes. At just this point, professional
coaching and coaching competencies play a key role via subthemes
as executive coaching and team coaching.
In these times when inovation is a must for survival and development,
companies which encourage employees to think out of the box
and find their own creative solutions via coaching culture
instead of controlling them by static rules and conservative
systems become more successful and efficient. The first bullet
in every company's vision statement is to become a humanist
organization which respects differences and values diversity
rather than viewing it as the source of chaos. Companies which
manage to realize this vision are known globally as families
whose employees are proud to be a member of. Thus, those companies
hire successful professionals and earn the loyalty of high
potential leaders by creating long term relations
with them.
In this panel, Professional Executive Coach Ersin Günöy (ACC,
CPCC) and Social Styles Specialist / Professional Coach Vedat
Erol (PCC, ACPC) will share their experiences of creating
sustainable value by professional coaching with examples from
both Turkey and around the globe. Companies and professionals
who focus on "foreseeing and evacuating fire zone rather
than fighting with it afterwards" are welcome to ask
questions about their search for creative and sustainable
HR solutions, share ideas and benchmark themselves within
and outside their market.
