Don’t you want to be a better HR professional or HR leader? Yes you do, but desire to improve is not enough, you shoud have a clear understanding of what it requires to improve. In this sixth round of Global HR Competency Study since 1987, the RBL Group of Prof. Dave Ulrich and University of Michigan once more partnered to define what it means to be an effective HR professional. Being an effective HR professional is not just knowing the body of knowledge that defines the profession, but being able to apply that knowledge to business challenges. Justin will present the six competency domains that HR professionals must demonstrate to be personally effective and impact business performance.
