Born in 1968, Nurdan Taş graduated from Kadıköy Anadolu Highschool
in 1986 and from Boğaziçi University, Sociology Department
in 1991. While working as a research assistant at Boğaziçi
University, Sociology Department during the years 1992 and
1993, Taş also continued her masters program on Social Psychology.
Between the years 1993 and 1997 she worked on abroad and outdoor
training. After the year 1998, Nurdan Taş carried on with
her career within the field of "evaluation and hiring"
at different consultancy firms. In 2001, she started to work
at Humanitas within the body of Doğuş Group and joned Garanti
Bankası in 2003. She still works at Garanti Bankası HR department
as an executive responsible for hiring, employer brand management,
in-house communication and employee relations.
