After graduating from the faculty of Economics, Marmara University,
Serap Bostan started work at the field of human resources.
Since 2006, she took responsibilities of many different functions
including recruiting, training & development, employee
relations, employer brand and talent management. Bostan received
her coaching certificate from an international firm, while
proceeding with her career and she currently provides career
coaching to new graduates within the scope of social responsibility.
Bostan and her fellow group of friends currently run the activities
of Young HR group and help younger generations around social
responsibility. Serap Bostan carries on with her studies focusing
on various issues including employer brand, HR brand, talent
management and change management. She has also gave keynote
speeches in different platforms around these subjects. Currently
works as the HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim,
Serap Bostan is responsible for the processes of performance
and talent management.
