A gradute of Marmara University, Department of Public Finance,
Tuba Gündoğdu has been working at MSD Türkiye since 2005,
focusing on various fields including business partnership
of sales and sub sales teams, new practices around recruiting
processes, the coordination of performance review processes,
employee satisfaction polls, online HR management systems,
developing new HR projects, designing the "GençMeSeDeli'ler"
intern program, merging and restructuring of the company.
HR 2.0: Practices that makes the difference, viewpoints,
light touches…
In this session, the Young HR (Genç İK) group will take a
deeper group into the fields that make a crucial difference
within the field of HR by adding their own point of view.
" What is the best way to tell the effects and outcomes
of a strategic HR business partner? At what point does the
employer brand and HR marketing meet?
" How can you turn the difference between generations
into advantage, since the phenomenon is commonly seen as a
threat? What can HR do about it?
" How can you reach business results with innovative
approach? How can you improve the impact and performance in
processes?
When you walk out of this session enriched with business
practices, you will find the answers of the questions above
and will find at least 2 new ideas that you can implement
the next day at work.
