Tunç Doğan began to his career at Hema Endüstri A.Ş. as Production Mechanical Engineer.
Then he worked as Factory Manager at hydraulic lift, pump and engine units by order and leaded the implementation and generalization of lean manufacturing systems in these factories. He attained many training programs in Turkey and abroad and executed many new projects together with the major customers of his company such as Perkins, J.Deere, Valtra, and etc…
Then as a person who believes in the benefits of continuous improvement, he obtained 6 SIGMA Black Belt certificate and generalized this methodology within his company while he was Assistant General Manager of Hema Endüstri A.Ş.

Tunç Doğan continues his career as General Manager of Hema Endüstri A.Ş., a company which invests to Human Resources to train its own managers and have an actual manager pool within the organization and tries to complete its institutionalization.
