Zerrin Baser works as an ICF accredited Professional Coach
(PCC) and trainer. She conducts coaching sessions for executives
and leaders. Her main mission is to spearhead coaching and
leadership development in relation to human development. Dr.Baser
represents Erickson College International in Turkey since
2008 and organizes The Art and Science Certification Program
in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa and Northern Cyprus.
She also is an international faculty member of Erickson Coaching
International provides trainings in different countries. Dr.Baser
has more than 2400 coaching hours and has a broad spectrum
of clientele.
She established Denge Merkezi in 2004 in Ankara and Istanbul
Branch in 2010 to work individual and organizational Human
Development area. Besides her medical career Dr.Baser has
been interested in personal and organizational development
and has been involved in related trainings for about 24 years.
She continues to conduct training programs on personal development,
leadership, organizational identity development, systems thinking,
learning organizations and team relations.
Dr.Baser is a graduate of American Robert College, studied
medicine and did her specialization in family medicine. She
managed Primary Health Care Reform Unit of the Ministry of
Health in a World Bank Project. Dr. Baser contributed to Ministry
of Health and committed to forging new partnerships among
the NGO, commercial and government sectors, worked for advocacy,
organizational development and strategic planning as a skilful
country manager of a US based company The Futures Group International.
Dr.Baser became a Licensee of Leadership Management International-Turkey
and is Certified Facilitator Trainer for Leadership Management
International. Within this content she also supports developing
leaders and managers in companies in Effective Personal Productivity,
Total Leadership and Success/time Management

The reason that the coaching approaches take place much more
in the business world in 21.century is that they include the
most effective and powerful tools for present. Every corporate
process is not only individual but also involves more than
one team interaction. A prosperous business life is a journey
from the chief executive officer, the organisational approaches,
the big picture and Values of the Corporation through achieving
the aims. On this Journey if the corporation is the way, the
owners, workers, clients nad all stake holders are the ones
that walk on the way. A powerful team activity and efficiency

big picture with the team's future vision.
